I paid $1700 for a dryer. That dryer came in dented. They went ahead and installed it saying the manager would get ahold of me. The installatin guys were great. Are you serious though? An open box product would sell for $1370 but for a dent I only get $50 back. That is a complete joke! I spent a lot of money for a perfect new product. I don't mind having a dented product but that isn't even a 10% discount! WOW! It would cost you so much more if I had it returned and they have to deliver me a new product and sell the old one for a much larger discount. This seriously makes me want to put a negative review online and stop buying my future appliances from Best Buy and we still have a few appliances to replace.

It's always exciting to get a new washer and dryer, I just got a new set recently and can only imagine how surprised I'd be to find find a dent in the washer. I can absolutely understand how frustrating it would be to get told a manager will get in touch with your after your installation is completed.
