I honestly have no idea how BB exists seeing all the problems with delivery and installations. I hope the investors on Wall Street are paying attenting to all these delievery disasters. I gave BB a second chance after no delivery or even courtesy call for my Dec 22nd delivery date. Like a fool, I gave another chance for Jan 14th delivery and install of my expensive treadmill. No dice. They never bothered to call or even tell me why they didn't make the 2nd delivery date so I finally called the delivery service and was told "the item is on backorder" as a lame excuse. It wasn't on backorder when initially ordered and the BB web site says it is still available in my area!
I'm done with this fiasco, don't need the stress. BB will get no more of my business. I hope BB executives fully realize the damage being done to their brand name right now. Several years ago I had a large TV delivered by them with no major problems. Yes, I realize... Covid. Howevever common courtesy means you don't leave your customers hanging in the dark or waiting for non-existent delievery dates 3, 4 or sometimes 5 times! Totally callous and inexcuseable in ANY circumstance. It's clear that regardless of the nice words that BB handlers will say here that Best Buy simply doesn't care. Simple as that.
