On 2/4 I purchased a TV online and was told it would be delivered on 2/8, so I arranged my schedule to be available. On the delivery date I received a call saying the delivery truck was involved in an accident and delivery would have to be rescheduled. Sometimes that happens, so we rescheduled for 2/12 and I cancelled everything for that day to be available. The second delivery day came and I received a message stating “Your appointment on Samsung 55 Class 7 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV is currently Awaiting its Inventory or Out of Stock and cannot be completed as scheduled and we would like to help you select a new delivery time.” What happened to the TV that was on the truck for delivery? Why wasn’t a substitute offered? WHY WAS I LIED TO???? I called and was assured that the TV was in the warehouse and would be delivered on 2/15, so I rearranged my schedule again. Today is delivery day and I get a call saying it would have to be rescheduled again. No reason given this time. HOW MANY TIMES DO WE HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THE LIES? When will they do the job they were paid to do?
