Hello There, Here is the e-mail I sent to {Removed per forum guidelines} on Jan 17. with attachments ************************************************************************************************************************************ Dear Best Buy Officer:

My name is Li {Removed per forum guidelines} . I put orders’ sequence for you easier to fallow the whole thing. And I will attached the receipts for the details Order1: I purchased one washing and one drier on Nov. 25th 2019 in Store #216, and they were delivered on Nov. 30th. Order2: Order Number: {Removed per forum guidelines} I exchanged one pair of front door open machines on Dec. 13th in Store #216 as order1 machines were not fit. They were scheduled pick up order1 machines and delivery order2 machines on Dec. 28th 2019. ** order2 cost ($649.99+tax$53.63 )x2=$1407.24 Order3: This order is the cause of all of problems. I did not place this order. I went store #354 where it is near my home on Dec. 22nd 2019. I worried about the machine size is still too big for my Landry room. After I talked one sale –woman, she suggested to exchange LG top-load. I decided to do that. Then she began to processing. But your computer system was not getting through. She also asked a boy to help her, and they made calls. Your computer system still wasn’t working. I asked the girl if she cancel the order2. She said not yet. I said OK. Just keep order2, May be it could be fit. And then I left. Your computer system wrongly generated order3 by mistakes as it was not working properly; order2 is cancelled order2 also bought order1 back. I didn’t place it. Order4: I went Best Buy Web on Dec. 23rd 2019 to make sure order2 is still there. I found two machines of order2 were cancelled. Then I placed order4 online, and scheduled delivery on Dec 28th 2019. The delivery team delivery order4 machines and pick up order1 machines. Actually, the delivery team didn’t want to take order1 machines. I showed them orde r2 receipt; I told them it was scheduled pick up on Dec. 28th. At that moment, I didn’t know order3 was existed until Jan 6th 2020. I found the balance of my best buy credit card is very high. I checked on your web and saw the order 3 on Jan. 6th 2020. On Jan 6th 2020, I went store #354 to ask how come it is. A young man was trying very hard to figure out a way to help me. On Jan 16th , I went store #354 again to see what’s going on. This boy told me he made a lot of calls and can‘t find where the order1 machines. Another agent asked if I have the delivery paper, I can contact delivery team ask them to return the machines to Best Buy. I did find the delivery paper, but there is no any contact info of delivery team. So I have to write to you to ask your help.

However, no money to refund me. Please help me to work out it

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to us about this. Appliances aren't cheap, so I'm sure there is a lot of money is tied up here.


Can you please send along a private message through the link in my signature with your name, email address, and phone number? It sounds like what happened is that no return was set up, but those appliances were picked up anyway. That could prevent a refund from going through. I'd like to review this and verify. If you send that message in, I can get started on that.
