My husband and I purchased all new appliances in October. We were told due to shipping delays our fridge and stove will not be delivered until December.. but our dishwasher and microwave will be installed Oct 23... great! Before Thanksgiving.. since we are hosting this year.... 4 days before Thanksgiving I get and error on my dish washer.. my husband called best buy waited for about 30 minutes and and was told it was an installation issue and someone will need to be sent out to fix.. but not until December.. he asked for a supervisor and somehow "lost connection". I call the next day and explain the situation.. was told there was nothing they can do except send someone out in December.. I told her best buy needed to rectify this situation especially since Thanksgiving is in a couple of days, I ask for a supervisor and was given mary Ann. After 45 minutes, the supervisor said the only date for them to come was on November 30, she will put me on that day and tell best buy that they need to come on Tuesday or Wed. I said thank you and hung up. Well..... I called best buy today to find out the status and was told that there is no way I could have talked to a supervisor on the phone since they are not available. The gentleman told me that best buy lied and is not sure who I spoke to and there is nothing but the order for November 30th. I called back again on the phone for 30 minutes to be told he wasn't sure and had to "research".. i was mysteriously hung up on again.. I called back and this time on the phone (currently) for 56 minutes to be told that the customer service person text the supervisor, apparently the supervisor asked the rep if I wanted to wait since they are going to tell me the same thing... I said yes I will continue waiting.. because they need to rectify this situation.. this is NOT okay!

*Update* I spoke to another supervisor after an hour of being on hold... again was told there is nothing that can be done especially since Thanksgiving is tomorrow.. which is why I told her my husband and I have been trying for the past 3 days! I tell her fine, keep November 30th date but I have to work they need to come after 5p. She says well that's not guaranteed and some how we were disconnected again!!!! I chose best buy because of the product and service I have always received.. however now my husband and I are debating taking everything back and buying from somewhere else. Disgusting service!!!

Thank you for taking the time to visit our community forums and letting us know about your experience with this delivery. I know how important it is to have a set of working appliances, especially during the holiday season. I can understand wanting to get this appointment scheduled as quickly as possible.
