What is going on? I ordered a dishwasher online, a delivery was scheduled and the installation company contacted to confirm, just for the product not to be available for delivery. I did not even get an email for explation. I called the toll free number and the lady tried her best to reach the wharehouse and couldn't get an answer. two weeks plus later I finally got a live person at a local store to explain to me Best Buy is selling products they don't have in stock and are delayed over a month. I was charged already and paid my non affliated credit card already. What is going on? Is this customer service? And please don't blame it on Covid.
