I have never felt so devalued and disappointed in a company in my entire life as I am with Best Buy. We have been very good customers of Best Buy for the better part of 2 decades. We have purchased most of our major appliances with BB as well as used their services. We have been patient and honest. They have repaid us with treating us extremely poorly. We purchased a new washer and dryer at the beginning of January and scheduled delivery for a couple weeks later. I thought that was a long wait, but didn’t complain! I was happy to just get it with a company I had trusted. They canceled my delivery the night before the delivery, but instead of trying to get me in as soon as they could, they pushed me ANOTHER 2 WEEKS to the end of the line!! After getting no-where, I just took a deep breath and practiced patience. They rescheduled delivery date was supposed to be today and I got all the confirmations and rearranged my entire schedule AGAIN just for them to cancel on me the MOrnING OF thE Delivery!!!!! CAN YOU BELIVE it!?!?!?! I am on hold now over 25 minutes with BB and still getting the complete "black-carpet” treatment! I have never felt so devalued as a customer than I do now. While I have been waiting now, I just received a text of a rescheduled delivery date of Feb 7th!!! Nope! I will not be treated like this.
As a disabled person, I rather most of the people around me not know that I have my limitations; and I usually get around just fine, but this situation and being so long without a basic washer and dryer has been a hardship for me. Having to drive 40 miles round trip to the nearest laundromat is extremely tiresome and getting costly. I have been more than patient and haven't even shared my disability and the hardship this has truly been.
Best Buy has lost my trust.

Welcome to the forum, though I wish you had found us under better circumstances. Purchasing major appliances like a washer and dryer should be exciting, and we're ecstatic you entrusted us with this purchase based on your previous decades of experience with us. We aim for such services to go smoothly, as we know with busy schedules it can be difficult to arrange to be available for the service appointments.
As it sounds like you were replacing these out of necessity, I can understand why you would be eager to get these delivered, and any delay would be a great inconvenience. With that said, I understand that this purchase didn't go at all as you expected, as we had to reschedule your service not once, but twice, and didn't have any available dates right away for you either time. With your nearest laundromat being quite a drive, I can understand the extra strain it put on your schedule.
I would love the opportunity to review this purchase with you, as I know we are capable of far superior service akin to that of the last couple decades, rather than what you've recently encountered.
