I have spent multiple hours on the phone with customer support, been hung up on, and had the wrong COI sent to me at least 5 times. I have clearly explained what information I need on the COI and I have provided a sample multiple times. I continue to get an incorrect COI. I am at the point where I am basically ready to cancel my order and never purchase an applicance again from BBY. Is there ANYONE here who can help me get this solved. This is not complicated.

This issue is still unresolved. Is there even one person here that is capable of getting me a COI that matches my sample? This is insane.

You are all useless. Order has been cancelled. Will never buy another appliance from you guys again.
