I want to recognize Lisa {removed per forum guidelines} in Denver, CO, 4100 E. Mexico, for her patience, technical knowledge, and thoroughness to details. She serviced my recent home OTA and Amazon recast install and returned my text inquiry with the skills of a professional! I don't know how Best Buy attracts such great employees, but she's the best of the best.
