Dent in the refrigerator

The delivery team left a dent on my new refrigerator’s middle shelf door while installing. I was told that the door where dent was made would be replaced. I contacted customer service and they scheduled for a repair.

When repairman came out, he said he was sent to install the refrigerator, not for replacement of door. He also said there would be someone contacting me to remedy the issue. That was last Thursday and no one has contacted me.
