Had A delivery and installation of washer and dryer scheduled for today 12/07/2021 between 7am and 1pm.

Received a text message and e-maik at 12:21 stating your agent is on the way and expected to arrive at approximately 1:25p.

I called Greek support at 3:20 as delivery still had not arrived and was told they had been here at 11:05 and waited 15 minutes with no anwser from me. stated they had called my phone and used gate code I had given when placing order. I never received a phone call or a call from gate.

 

Why would I get a text at 12:21 stating agent would be here at Appx. 1:25 if they were here at 11:05.I took off a day of work fpr this delivery ans was told I have to reschedule, thus missing another day of work.

 

Best Buy has lost me for any future purchases.
