I called today because the tv I had purchased had not been delivery. I was on hold for 40 mins while customer service called the driver over and over again because they would not answer. Then I was hung up on. Called back later and I was informed that they have nothing available for another 12 days. I asked to speak with someone hirer up. After being on hold for another 25 min to be told that they weren't answering that nothing can be done. I am so frustrated with how everything was handled.
