I found the BestBuy website easy to use and scheduling my delivery even easier. i was pretty happy, until delivery day came.
Delivery was to be this past Monday between 12-6. Someone was home waiting for the delivery. i received a voice message on my cell phone while at work and the message said i needed to call to accept the delivery that day. What? I received so many confirmation emails why would they call me at 10?? I called back at 1 and too bad, it is too late, you lose.
I called customer service and said I want my washer the next day and i was told they could not edit by delivery date on the same day the delivery is to be delivered. huh?? I did not trust customer service so I went online and changed the delivery to the first available which is this Friday. I have no washer and lots of dirty laundry. So disappointed.
Please don't send all those emails and text confirming only to find out I have to accept a call 2 hours before the 6 hour delivery window.
