Best Buy 
On 11/24/18 I bought a refrigerator. First attempt delivery was Sunday 12/2/18 7:00 am to 9:00 am: delivery fail, the delivery team decided not to take it even to the second floor. We knew that Best Buy doesn’t deliver to the 4th floor so we were ready. We had arrangements with extra people and hand truck, but they left without saying anything, called everywhere with out any luck decided to go to the store, they apologized saying that they don’t have control over the ware house so we rescheduled another delivery. Second attempt Sunday 12/09/18 7:00 tp 9:00 am. Delivery team was willing to take the refrigerator to the 4th floor and failed because the refrigerator came damaged. Went back to the store reschedule for the 3rd time. Third attempt fail: delivery team was not willing to take it upstairs, we weren’t prepared to take it upstairs ourselves and the delivery team left; went back to the store to cancel my order. This has been the worst experience I have had with Best Buy and will not recommend anyone that is buying big appliances for delivery. I will reposted this in all social media.
