I purchased a washer and dryer in June. Scheduled a delivery and set up for June 19 no sho no call. Called to reschedule for July 12 delivered washer and dryer parts missing so could not install. Went down to store spoke with manager got all stuff needed. Appointments scheduled for July 16,18,19 and 22 all no calls no show. Now looking at 7th appointment wonder how it’s going to go. This is pretty sad for a company that prides itself on customer service. Extremely Upset Customer
