I called Best Buy outlet 2/28 stating I need a 36 or 48” stove, staff said they have both, I was told they will help load it up in my truck. I drive an hour to the store, bought the item and then was told it’s too heavy I need a truck that they would roll it onto the truck with a ramp. I rent my 10’ box truck 3/17, paid $200 went down to the store, this time the manager Lucas said my truck is not “tall” encouge” they can’t do it. I said what kind of vechile Best Buy expect me to rent in order to accommodate the ramp height, he said probably a truck a trailer. Keep in mind I already rented a uhaul sitting in front of the front entrance, there are 6 staff members standing in the store. They can easily help me a housewife load this stove onto the truck but they refused. I went home, call 1-800 Best Buy, talked to a agent Marian with a incident number that was created and then said the case will be escalated to have it resolve within 24 hours. Again 3/18, no one call me, I called Best Buy give my incident reference number, there is no record of it at all, I stayed on hold for another hour for an appliance supervisor, of course there is no supervisor and no one call me back to resolve this delivery. Maybe someone here in the forum can answer all these questions? First, how do we resolve this delivery with this purchase? Second, why there is no supervisor or case number found on my case? Meanwhile, Best Buy has $ over 6000 of my money given me a pick up condition that it’s impossible to achieve.

Manager Lucas basically made it impossible for me to pick up my stove that day. Maybe you should reach out and ask why can’t the team member load my stove onto my rental uhaul? They are going to load other 30” stoves which is lighter I understand. But there are 6 to 8 stronger guys standing there in the stove that day doing nothing. It can easily loaded onto my truck with 4 or 5 men but they won’t do it. That why we are talking here. If I don’t have a delivery set up by this weekend i would have to halt my whole kitchen installation. I might have to cancel my order and would swear never shop at Best Buy again even though I am an elite member for over 10 years. A prompt response is greatly appreciated.
