Delivery

Why am I having such a hard time getting my delivery I’ll place my order on September 12 and my first delivery date was September 21 then it was September 27 then it was October 6 as of today I still don’t have my washer I’m disabled I can’t go into the store to talk to anybody what’s gonna be done I was notified if I wanted to refine it will take 6 to 8 weeks because I paid cash and it’s over $800 what am I supposed to do how much longer do I have to wait to get my washer I am So dissatisfied can somebody please help me

Just getting my washer delivered on tomorrow as they have promised 5 times and I still don’t have it .

It looks like I'm at the beginning stage of a delivery problem similar to the one you experienced.  I'd appreciate it if you would let me know how the problem was finally resolved.  Thank you - Brendan

Good morning 

I did finally receive my washer on 10/18/21. Come to find out my item was damaged during shipping and for a month Best Buy had be searching vendors to find the exact model. When all they had to say was that I needed to pick a different model. I'm disabled and had to go to best buy on 10/14/21 in pain, but it took all of 15 minutes for them to find a washer that met my needs and scheduled delivery for 10/18/21 and it was here at 8:00 am. Keep fighting and keep calling and go to the store and have them pull up available item that can be delivered immediately. Ope everything works out quickly for you. STAY ON THEM .
