Delivery went wrong and everything after that is wrong with Best Buy

Delivery to my home on Saturday was beyond horror movies.Assaulting my husband and 16 year old son for telling them to be careful with my newly installed floor.
Telling my husband that he is on drugs and leaving an unfinished installation is part of this horor.
After I called DSI center I got no better experience than the rest of my family.Rude dispatchers and no available supervision with no help until next appointment on Tuesday and acknowledgment that they have a problem with the person that was delivering my appliance.who also lied that
 
My attempt to call Best Buy is also unsuccessful and I am tired of explaining to a million different people my problem.I am trying this as my last resort for help.
And when rest of buyers told us they were on the edge of crying trast me I still am. IT IS FRUSTRATING NOT TO GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR AND NO HELP FROM COMPANY THAT YOU DO BUSINESS FOR A LONG TIME.
As I was typing this I called again and another person held me for 45 minutes on the phone to get someone to help me and guess what I was transferred to another geek squad person who transferred me to the semi truck company that hung up on me.
I am now beyond a frustrating point and do not know what to do any more.

We appreciate you taking time to connect with us here. Although I hate to hear that we are a customer's last resort, I do like having the opportunity to try and make this right for you. No representative of Best Buy should be anything but professional when interacting with one of our customers.
