Delivery team of DSI damaged my door screen 9/7/2019. I have pictures and a witness. I filed a claim. Looks like the delivery company DSI doesn't want to do anything about it. Neither SEDWICK. They do not even answer my emails or calls anymore!!!! And Best Buy is just asking me to call SEDWICK.
I bought my appliances from Best Buy. I did not signed any contract with DSI! Why Best Buy is doing nothing about my claim. They should be the ones to deal with DSI and solve my issue!
