Delivery sucks!! Very frustrated!

Very frustrated with Best Buy delivery. Our refrigerator was supposed to be delivered today. Delivery folks came, it was raining, they said they can’t deliver when it’s raining and have to wait for 15 minutes to see if the rain stops they would get the fridge out of the truck and install. Rain stopped after 7 to 8 minutes, I went out, these guys were gone! I called the delivery guy as I had his number from when he called before, said he couldn’t come back, claimed he had waited 15 mins! I called customer service, the store, customer service again and finally went to the store. Kept hearing can’t do anything as the status was in transit even after 5 hours after delivery time! Couldn’t get a refund as it was transit. Couldn’t get to reschedule as status was transit!!! Very very frustrated as it is day 5 without a fridge and still no word on when the delivery will be made.<br>Don’t know if management even cares as the supervisor would not come on to speak to me…was busy or wait time was too long!<br>Very disappointed and very frustrated!

Thanks for your followup. The sales guys at the store helped and were very cooperative. It got delivered today.
