Delivery service needs a revamp

I purchased a fridge 2 weeks ago. They told they would call me on Dec 14th - they never call to give me a window of time - on the 14th they call me 710am and they would be there by 730 am - I told them am at work and can’t do it - they told I have to wait till Saturday to reschedule the delivery- it’s now Monday the 17 th. I’m scheduled for delivery - they get there with my fridge - they can’t install it because I don’t have a shut off valve on my old fridge - - when purchased the new fridge no one explain to me that I need a shut off valve- I told the drivers to just leave the fridge and I would take care off it - they decide they can’t do that and left with my new fridge - after I unload my old fridge - when the left they hit my neighbors tree and knock a 16’ limb of the tree and just left the tree there blocking his drive way -
