Delivery schedule is dissappointing to say the least!

I will never order from you again. Late last night I received a call confirming my delivery appointment for today between 7am and 1pm. I got TWO calls and ONE text notification letting me know it's confirmed. I waited since 7am and decided to check order status online only to find out that delivery has been cancelled today and I need to reschedule it. Why???? I took the time off from work to make sure I am home for when it arrives. I called your customer service center just now and the agent tells me it's because you don't have the item in your warehouse. How ridiculous is it that you confirm my appointment yet don't have the product? Again, I learned my lesson. Never again am I buying from you. This is not the first time I ordered from you and you never failed to dissappointment me. At least have the same courtesy to notify customers in advance via text or call to let them know it's delayed. People work to buy stuff they need and don't have the luxury to sit around all day waiting for nothing. Thanks but no thanks!
