Delivery property damage-over a year with no resolution.

I bought a new refrigerator in September 2021, paid for delivery and haul away. Two sketchy delivery guys show up. They dragged the new refrigerator across my floors damaging my hardwood floors, busted the sheet rock in my kitchen as well, the old refrigerator (which was only three years old) I had planned to sell to my neighbor for thousand bucks. They dropped it and ripped the electric cord out of it ruining it, I was told by Best Buy to contact Sedgwick. At first they were very good (although it took them nearly a month to contact me) they provided me with a claim number and asked me to get an estimate, when I sent the estimate in i heard nothing for over a month. Finally I was contacted after repeated unanswered emails and told that my claim had been transferred to another person…that person wanted all the same information…I provided it…after hearing nothing for two weeks I was notified that I was being transferred to a different person, that person told me that a Sedgwick adjuster would come to my home to look at my damages within 24 hours-that never happened…now they’ve completely ghosted me they don’t return any calls, any emails, any letters. What am I supposed to do aside from never buying anything from Best Buy again and having it delivered.
