Delivery problem

Stay home all day the day of your delivery, if you want to get your delivery.

We purchased a new Refrigerator and a Freezer for our new home in texas.  We scheduled delivery for Saturday April 3, 2021 and they gave us a time block of 2:00PM to 6:00PM (At the store it was 12:00 to 6:00)  email we received was the 2 to 6.  at 12:00 we went to the store to pick some items up and was back at 12:40 to find that our ring door bell recorded them at the house at 12:31.  I immediatly contacted Best buy and was connected to the dispatcher who stated that they had tried to contact us but there was no answer on the phone.  i checked the phone log and no calls came in.  the dispatcher was able to contact them and they said they were to far away to turn around, and said best buy would contact me and get it rescheduled for Monday April 5th,  I advised him we scheduled the delivery for saturday as we were headed back to Colorado to pick up more items to move to our new house.  he said there was nothing he could do.  when i was able to talk to best buy to reschedule they said the only time they had available was Wednesday April 7th,  so we had to adjust our whole schedule to get the delivery done.  My problem is they had 2 phone numbers to contact me my home landline and my cell phone, both of which were working.  the appointment was in a certain time block and they show up 2 hours early with no notification.  This happened to us previously but we were luckily home. if they make schedules then they need to stay with the schedule.  im to the point now that it may be time to make my purchases elswhere
