Delivery problem

I bought a TV at store#973 on Feb 9, 2020 and requested to deliver to my home. At the time when the salesman created an order for me, he didn’t ask about the buzzer number of my unit. So I didn’t realize the buzzer number was so important that it could cause problems with delivery. On Feb 13, 2020, I tracked my shipment and noticed there was an error message said ‘correction address required - no entry code’. So I contacted the courier company called Purolator Ground and they told me that they need buzzer number. They couldn’t deliver my item without it. But my unit didn’t install a buzz machine, so there was no buzzer number available for my unit. I had no choice but to pick it up by myself. Then other issues arose from picking up. When I made a purchase at the store, I didn’t expect any problem with delivery. So I left my English name instead of legal name. And the shipping address was my new home address, where I just moved in about one week ago. I haven’t had chance to change the address appears on all of my IDs. Now I couldn’t pick up my item as the name and address on my ID are different than the shipping information. The courier company told me to contact the sender and asked them to change the shipping information. I contacted Best Buy’s customer service, because it was a in-store purchase, the representative had limit access to my order. But he did provide two options for me: 1. Visit the store and ask the store manager to call courier company, and told them they are allowed to release my item; 2. Wait for 5 business days so that the item would be automatically returned and I would receive refund after that. Then I could re-order a TV. I didn’t really like the second option as it would take too long and the TV I just bought was on sale. I may loss the deal when I re-order it. So I called the store. However, I was told the second option was my only option. Neither the store has the power to change shipping info nor their manager is able to let courier company to release the shipment to me. This was definitely unpleasant experience I ever had. I hope there is someone can give me a better solution. Something better than just ask me to wait.

I already tried. no help at all. It is ok, I decide to let it go and wait for my item to be returned. I will buy a TV from somewhere else after I receive my refund.
