Delivery person stolen my appliance.

I recently order appliance for delievery exchange. The delivery person took two stoves 1 for exchange and 1 that was mine. I never authorize the delivery person to take it and they was not told to do it. I was not present at the deliver when I came back home I found out my stove was stolen by the delivery person. It was in good condition. I tried to call best buy greek squad I was transfer multi-time then I was put on hold for more then 2 hours still not answer. I want back my stove back. Please advise
