Delivery of fridge

I had the delivery of my fridge set up for today 2/29/2020. It was supposed to be delivered between 7am. and 1pm. I got up at 6am. awaiting a delivery. I waited until around 2pm. and it wasn't delivered. I called the Harrisonburg Va. store and they gave me the names and phone numbers of the delivery people. I called and had to leave a message about another hour past and I called left a message would they please let me know the satis of my delivery. Never did call me back. At 5:30 I called the Harrisonburg Va. store back, they said the delivery had been canceled and I should have been notified my email. Checked email no emails stating cancealed delivery. At 6pm. I then called 888-237-8289 and spoke with the manager Eric. He told me there was a glitch in the system and delivery was not completely set up and no I did not receive an email or phone call to let me know. Says sorry, well I had wasted my whole day (my grocery shopping day and things I needed to get done before the start of the next week) He said the only thing I could do was reschedule for another time. Easy for him to say as the many complaints I have read about delivery service. I ordered 4 appliances and 3 warranties. The fridge was what I needed the others I was just replacing. I thought for my inconvience I should get a discount. Eric says at thee end of you receiving all your appliances we will talk about it. March 28th. delivery date for other appliances. He said what if your appliances arrive damanged or delivery doesn't make it, then we would just have to give you a gift card for the whole mess. I told him what if I did not like what he offered me at the end of delivery, he states he could not do anything until then. I told him to canceal my order, well he couldn't do that I would have to contact someone else. Can't believe he wouldn't help so he hung up on me. Such a bad manager. I know it's not easy to set time aside for an appointment and I can understand your frustration that this delivery was rescheduled.
