Delivery of appliance's

This was the worst experience I have ever had buying anything online. I have been rescheduled for my delivery date four times in this whole process. My appliances were supposed to get delivered wednesday but with out my knowledge they were put on a hold due to processing because of the online system. I thought everything was figured out to be delivered that friday but that was an issue also. Finally I had to cancel my whole order and re order everything all over again and pay in cash because after several attempts they still had a hold placed on my items. Not to mention thinking I was going to receive my appliances wednesday I took all them out and put them in the drive way to get everything prepared for the new ones. After finding out they were not coming I had to haul them back into the house. I didn't think it was worth bringing the dish washer back in to hook up so I have been without cold water in my kitchen for days. The appliance delivery service is terribly set up and there is poor communication between the different departments. I am glad I called to check on the delivery because if not I would never have been notified that the order was cancelled. This whole process has been a complete headache. I still do not have my appliances and am kinda leery as to whether they will be delivered in the promised time frame.
