Awaiting a delivery and down to less than hour left in my window Never recieved a call yesterday as promised and have sat here all day. Did live chat early this AM and only answer I could get is a delivery date of 7/16. On line it still says 12-8 Had an 8 hour window and have heard nothing. I now have been on hold for 30 minutes trying to reach a real person I had to go into store to get help to begin with after placing an on-line order and was very impressed at the extent the store manager helped me out. All that good will ...... is being lost.
