I am at my wit's end with Best Buy. I ordered a refrigator. All customer service reps tell me it's at the warehouse, but every time I schedule it to be delievered it doesn't show. I have talked to countless reps and 3 "supervisors", but noone can do anything. I just need a contact person to get with me and FOLLOW UP. Why isn't my frig being delivered? I have even offered to go to the warehouse and pick it up. They say you can't do that. i have asked to have it delivered to a store. They say you can't do that. Is there anyone with the huge company that is Best Buy help me?

Oh and I forgot.. today the customer service agent "escalated" it for the second time. Of course there is no phone number or contact person that is responsible for it.

I thought it couldn't get any worse. After 4 failed times, with the customer service agent assuring me that it was "at the warehouse", my "dedicated agent" tells me now it is discontinued. How in the world can it be at the warehouse on Monday and discontinued on Thursday??? Best buy is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Rest assured I will NEVER buy from them again. I will tell all my friends to NEVER buy from them. Thanks for wasting months of my life.
