I purchased a Hydrow rower on August 20th. We were scheduled a delivery date for Sept 8th between noon and 8pm. We moved meetings and made ourselves available for the entire day and no one showed up. When I called nobody could tell me why it wasn’t delivered, after much time on the phone I was only told that it was a problem with the delivery service and I wasn’t the only customer affected. They gave me a new delivery date for Oct 4th, today, between 7am-10am. Again no delivery. I received a phone call shortly after 10am which rang once and stopped. Then I received a text message with a new delivery date for Oct 14th 7am-1pm. Following that I got an email apologizing for the missed deliveries and that they will be using a different service for delivery and installation. How can I trust that this is going to be delivered on the 14th?
We’ve been customers of Best Buy for many many years and never had problems like this, and I seriously would be hesitant to purchase anything in the future. There’s a communication breakdown when it comes to deliveries and installation, I can see on this forum that it has been going on for some time and nothing is being done about it. If I had been notified that they couldn’t do the delivery I could accept that, but no notification at all. It’s terrible considering the time we’ve invested, in addition to the extra cost for home delivery.

After two missed deliveries, I can certainly understand you being concerned that the delivery on the 14th might not happen either. I would like to look into this. It was delivered yesterday! But what an ordeal. Best Buy needs a new delivery service, or at the very least they need to address the lack of communication between customers and the delivery service.
