Delivery nightmare

I just want to know what posesses someone to pull a used, half broken refrigerator on a $2K purchase of a BRAND NEW refrigerator and brings it to a customer's home (with just one delievery driver) and thinks they are going to get away with it? Fortunately the driver asked if we had really ordered a fridge with a CUT waterline before he hauled it all the way up. It was also dented and pieces were MISSING!!! It's set up for another delivery next week...I went through SO MUCH including two people taking off of work, hours spent moving things out of the way to clear a path, all this on my feet that I recently had surgery on and now I have to do it all again and I am at the back of the list again. This is SOOOO UNACCEPTABLE. I can't even wrap my head around this!!!
