I purchased a refrigerator from the Northeast Best Buy and had the WORST experience from Geek Squad, Store Manager, and Customer Service. Every interaction with the Best Buy at every point was HORRIBLE. No one could answer any questions. No one called me back. No gave me ANY INFORMATION and the store manager said he would personally figure out why I took a day off from work and no called or showed up to deliver my refrigerator. Transfer is the only thing that seem to know how to do. THE WORST LEVEL OF SERVICE THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED. I still have no idea where my refrigerator is or if it will be delivered. You should not be in business.

That isn't at all the kind of experience we want our customers to have. Appliance purchases should be exciting, and shouldn't disrupt you life thew way a missed delivery can.
