Delivery never show up! NO ONE informed me it was on Reschedule status! Glad I'm an "Elite Member".

When your washer and dryer delivery from Best Buy doesn't show up. I called the location I purchased them at and they looked it up in the computer and it showed, "Reschedule"... NO ONE called or emailed me to inform me of this. I then called Customer Support and the rep tells me that it shows it was already delivered. Ummm WHAT?! He rechecked the status and stated that it was to be "Rescheduled". However, he also informed me that whenever that happens, there are always notes left with the order for their reason of rescheduling. (Of course there wasn't any.) I bought these almost 1 month ago. Glad I'm an "Elite Member" and WASTED my time all morning and afternoon WAITING for NO ONE! THANKS Best Buy!! I knew I should have gone somewhere else.

A washer and dryer are some pretty large purchases, so I can certainly understand you looking to get the delivery taken care of as soon as possible. This certainly doesn’t sound consistent with the delivery experience we aim to provide here at Best Buy, let’s see what we can do to make this right!
