I ordered a tv on November 28th it gave me the option for the delivery date and asked for a time window which I picked 7am-1pm ... the day I picked for delivery was dec 2nd.. I received an email saying they were on their way and will be here around 940am.. the time comes and goes I understand traffic can happen or something makes you behind so I wasn't too worried but still waiting on it .. so 1:30 comes I go online to see if I can track my order and nothing showed up so I had to call customer service they looked it up and said that it wasnt delivered to them so I had to reschedule and neeed to be there when they drop it off ... I am very unhappy I cleared out my whole morning for them on my day off they never gave me a call or email . I just don't understand how I received and email saying they were on the way but weren't. Now I had to reschedule for a week later which isn't ok! I would of just order from somewhere else that would of had it here when I needed it. So now next week I have to clear my schedule again to wait for them. Very bad communication will never order anything from them again !!!
