Delivery issues

I am extremely disappointed in Best Buy’s delivery system. I have now wasted my 2nd Saturday waiting for my refrigerator and washer that I purchased to be delivered and have now been asked to wait until next Saturday for delivery. This is ridiculous!! Total run around and no one actually has any authority to actually resolve anything. I will think long and hard before ever buying an appliance from Best Buy again!

I know sometime these can be delayed if all the parts have not arrived or are not available on the day of delivery. If you would like I would be glad to look further into this. I ended up canceling my order after I realized that the 3rd attempt at delivery would be just that - delivery. They had arranged for delivery 1 Saturday and installation and haul a way the next. There was no reasoning with anyone so I gave up and have ordered the same appliances from someone else. Best Buy was great at refunding my money. No issue there.
