Delivery, install and horrific customer service

I am infuriated! I am returning a dishwasher because it’s junk. A new one was supposed to be installed today. I got a confirmation call last night, a text and another call this morning. Then it all goes to crap from there. I received a call this afternoon from the installation company saying that the installers had quit and BB would call me to reschedule. I immediately called BB and was told I’d receive a call back today. No one called so I called back. I was given several different stories. One was that my dishwasher was back ordered. Another said it was damaged and another person said it was returned to the warehouse. I was on the phone for over 1.5 hours and was hung up on twice, transferred to the wrong department 4 times. I asked for a supervisor at least 50 times and never got transferred to anyone that was willing or able to help. During this call my appointment was
randomly rescheduled without my permission or notification for 12/21. That’s over a month away and completely unacceptable. I will be filling a corporate complaint and will never do business with BB ever again if I don’t have my new dishwasher by the end of this week.

These forums are run by corporate so there is no additional step needed for filing your complaint. A mod will assist you as soon as they are able to.

What a load of crap.  He won't help me because my husbands name is on the order.  Even though I provided all of the information.  What a crappy company and I will never do business with them again.  BTW the first order was under my name (the piece of crap that's being returned).  This has been the worst experience ever and I will NEVER do business with BB ever again!

I AM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE PIECE OF CRAP BEING RETURNED!!!  SOMEONE AT THIS LOUSY COMPANY NEEDS TO HELP ME!  I SPENT TWO HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH PEOPLE LAST NIGHT WHO TREATED ME LIKE CRAP AND I AM DISGUSTED BY YOU ALL AND YOUR LACK OF ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!
