What a load of crap. He won't help me because my husbands name is on the order. Even though I provided all of the information. What a crappy company and I will never do business with them again. BTW the first order was under my name (the piece of crap that's being returned). This has been the worst experience ever and I will NEVER do business with BB ever again!
