Delivery/install ISSUE

Ordered a dishwasher/delivery/installation yesterday 2/11/20.  When ordering it let me choose TODAY 2/12 in the AM for delivery...really, one of the reasons I bought it hat BB vs many, many other places.  Paid my $890 and went on about my day expecting to hear from someone last night.  No call...and no call this morning.  I called customer service and the lady said something went wrong and plus it shouldn't have let me choose this morning as a delivery option (not my problem).  She said someone will get back to you by NOON with an update and to reschedule.  Great!! 

 

No call.  I called back at 140pET and talked to Rafael.  Zero help...said there is a support ticket and once that is resolved someone will call me to reschedule.  Can't tell me anything more than that...and NOBODY else at Best Buy could help me more than he could.  REALLY?  So, not only not getting it today...but, maybe (if I'm lucky) someone will call me tomorrow to reschedule...and I'm guessing NOT for the same day??  Awesome...$900 well spent. 

 

Really hope someone can give me some sort of timeframe.  Bought is specifically becase I could get it in next few days..

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! Getting a new dishwasher is big deal, so we're honored that you decided to place your order with us. That said, I can understand how getting your dishwasher sooner than later was an important factor in where to make this purchase, so I'm hurt to hear that your delivery didn't work out for today as intended.

 

That doesn't sound like fun, but I'm glad you took the time to share this with us, so we can step in and try to help.  While I can understand that you'd like to reschedule your order sooner than tomorrow, the delay is most likely due to a system limitation. On that note, you are correct that when we reschedule, we won't be able to schedule the appointment for later that day, as we need more notice to get the dishwasher onto the delivery truck.

 

I see that you sent us multiple Private Messages regarding this as well. I'll respond there shortly, so we can work on this further!
