Delivery driver damaged our dryer

Hello,

 

So we ordered a washer from Bestbuy, and they installed it yesterday. However, while the Bestbuy installation team was moving the washer to its appropriate spot, it banged against our dryer and damaged it. Some pieces of the dryer were chipped off.

 

Who can I talk to about this? I'd like to file a complaint.

Thanks for reaching out about the damage your dryer sustained during the washing machine delivery and installation. Buying a new appliance should be fun, so I’m disappointed to hear that this has happened. I can only imagine how you felt when you saw the damage. I’ll be happy to look into this further to see what options may be available to help.

 

To ensure I’m on the same page, was the dryer also being delivered with the washer or was it already delivered and installed before this new service? If the dryer is property that you already had in your home when we started the service, the next step will be to start a property damage claim with Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc, the administrator of Best Buy claims for property damage during home deliveries or installations. I can start that process for you from here, but will need some additional information from you, including your full name, phone number, email address, and the order number from your washing machine delivery.
