Bestbuy delivery delays/horrors

I purchased a refrigerator on December 18th and it was supposed to be delivered on December 28th. I took a day too waiting for delivered. When it was not delivered without any intimation, I called bestbuy and they said the refrigerator had some damage and they will give me a new one and it will be delivered on 2nd January 2023. The same issue happens on 2nd January I.e it was not delivered and no intimation. The second reason was truck broke down and new date was Jan 5th 2023. The issue happened again and now they don’t know why it is not delivered and said they will call me. I have lost three working days because of this delivery issue
