Delivery delays for purchased refrigerator

Bought an open box refrigerator approximately three (3) weeks ago.

Due to confIsion and mix ups I have yet to receive my refrigerator.

Delivery has been scheduled and cancelled four (4) times.

I am desperate for reliable service and find Geek Squad terribly inadequate to perform their duties in a timely manner.This may be my last hope for receiving an appliance I have alread paid for.
