Delivery damage

this is the most horrible company ever! Been dealing with them since July 29th. The delivery guys burst a pipe in my house and have taken no responsibility at all. My entire house has to be redone flooring wise and they refuse to pay for it. Then says insurnace will take care of it. Their entire damage comes to nearly 36,000 and they want to settle for 6,000 and my home insurance policy canceled me and I can’t get coverage now at all. So how is ok at all?
