Delivery crew said dryer backordered

Hope someone from BBY can help find some creative solution to an appliance delivery issue.

We purchased a washer+dryer (Ventless due to condo config) online. On the delivery request page, I specified that our building only allows deliveries between 9am and 5pm.

There was no indication of any issues with the order - so I gave my old washer, dryer away to a family member in need the day before delivery. Yes, we should have known better.

On delivery day, the delivery crew arrived downstairs at 7am and our building staff had no option but to ask them to return during the approved time window. The driver called me and when we finally talked, he advised that he only had my washer in their truck - dryer was backordered; first time I heard about any issues.
After several calls with 1888BestBuy, the only option provided was full delivery and install on August 3rd! So my familly of 4 adults including a physician on the frontlines  + a toddler has to figure out how to safely do laundry for two whole weeks.

Is there any way BBUY can find these appliances sooner? I made a couple of phonecalls to local appliance stores and at least one of them has several of the ventless model we ordered. I can't find any delivery services though. Can BBUY work with that store to get us our much needed appliances within this week please? I can PM more info if needed.
