Delivery changed to some time this week!

Ordered a washer and dryer and having them installed. Supposedly it was supposed to happen between 0700 and 1300 hours today! Just received a call that because the drivers " forgot" to put anti-gel into their diesel fuel and gelled up their trucks they couldn't get them started. Well I have a solution. Rent a truck!!!! Get your deliveries out on time. If I don't have my goods within 72 hours I will be returning them and getting my money back!!! This is outrageous. Take time off work to be home for that six hour window and now there's no telling me when you can be at my home to deliver the goods I purchased as promised!?? Ridiculous way to do business!!!
