Delivery and install never showed!

I don’t understand how I received several emails and texts confirming installation and delivery for this morning and I didn’t even receive a call or email that it was canceled. How rude and unprofessional. I call in and all I hear is sorry. Maybe we can do 10 days from now. That is so unacceptable to not even tell me. I ordered for the promised install and delivery date and would like to get this resolved.

Thank you for connecting with us. The delivery and installation of appliances and electronic equipment should be a seamless experience, which is what we typically provide. With a busy schedule myself, I understand the importance of accurate scheduling. If there had been an unexpected delay, you should have been notified. I’m sorry to hear that wasn’t the case.
