Hello everyone,
I have had a terrible experience with Best Buy and their Customer Service team, this also includes their managers.
I ordered a fridge to be installed, it gets delivered but not installed because our valve was broken. We get the valved fixd and I called the number to get a new scheduled date. The supervisor who took my call promised two days later. Well, yesterday when I went to BestBuy to verify the appointment, it was never made.
I called the number again and they promised an escalation for today, instead it is scheduled for 6 days later. Manager in the store in El Cajon had promised to call me when he worked on the issue, BUT I NEVER got a call back at all.
I am severely disgusted by the lack of customer service and empty promises from Best Buy. The purchase and scheduling with everything has been horrible with everything your brand represents. Every time I call Best Buy I get a different answer from someone regarding my issue.

Welcome to the Community Forums! We are happy to have you join us. Although, we certainly wish it were under happier circumstances. As a person who has had to replace several appliances, I understand how important it is to have your installation go accordingly. I also understand how important proper communication is. I would be happy to take a look.
