I attempted to purchase a dishwasher, and paid for delivery, removal of the old one and installation of the new one. I have now made 8 appointments over 4 days. The appointment just disappears without me being informed it was cancelled or why, and once I realized what was happening and call all that happens is a new appointment is made, promised that this one will occur only for it to get cancelled again. At this point I'm not sure what to do to get my appliance, or how to get my money back since whenever I bring up the issues the people on the phone just talk about that this time the appointment (which is usually a day or two away) is set, and for sure will happen, and they are closely monitoring it and will make sure it will happen. But of course that one gets cancelled and no one follows up. I supposedly have one happening tomorrow, but checking online shows no appointment scheduled yet again and am unsure what to do at this point but insist on a refund and just purchase from a different company?
