Delivery Service

I can see by the amount of complaints that I messed up buying a washing machine from best buy. There is also no customer service to complain. They put you on hold for hours only to hang up after answering, thus you start all over.

This complaint all started by buying a washer at best buy in Beaumont Texas on July 21st 2019. The scheduled day to be delivered was July 29th, 2019. I set up someone to be there. Best buy called me on the 28th saying they had a mess up in Houston and my washer will have to be rescheduled. I went to store to complain because I set up someone to be there and waiting another week was unacceptable. I asked for my money back but the manager smooth talked me into setting it up on Thursday August 2nd in morning. The ridiculous automation answering service called me on the 31st of July telling me it would be delivered on the 1st from 12 to 4pm not 8 to noon as scheduled. I was given 3 options. Accept, cancel, reschedule... I tried to talk to human... with best buy automation that is an impossible feat so I went to closest store in Port Arthur texas. He said he would call truck in morning and find out what was going on. He called me next morning and said they would be there right after noon. I went to my house only to have manager call and tell me they were at my house and no one answering phone. I was at my house and on phone with him. He said he would find out what was wrong. He called me back and they were at a different town with another guy with my last name. It is 12:30 PM on August 2nd and I have no idea where my paid for washer is at...worst experience of my life.
