Delivery Problems

We have been tryiing all week to get an appliance scheduled for delivery.  Every time we call they tell us someone will call us back and they never do.  We have to keep calling and waiting on hold and then when we reach someone they tell us there is nothing they can do because it is in a "loop for transit" and they can't do anything until it is released.  We have moved into a new home and the refrigerator is for that home so we need to get it scheduled as soon as possible.  We have even talked to a supervisor and they tell they can't do anything when it is in this "loop".
